This website is intended to provide general information about our psychological services, mental health education, and a way to contact or book appointments with a qualified practitioner. It is not a substitute for professional mental health diagnosis or treatment.
No information on this site constitutes or is intended to constitute mental health advice or form a therapist–client relationship.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. If you are under 18, please do not submit any personal information through our site.
3. Therapist–Client Relationship
No therapeutic relationship is established through this website or any online contact form. A formal therapeutic relationship begins only after:

5. Booking, Fees, and Cancellations
5.1 Appointments
You may request an appointment via our contact form or by email. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
5.2 Fees
Fees for sessions are stated clearly before services are rendered and may be updated occasionally.
5.3 Cancellations
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full, in accordance with your signed therapy agreement.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We are committed to maintaining your confidentiality in accordance with:
